SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Little Wolf Co. We know you want to get your goods as quickly as possible. Below is information on our shipping policy.

PROCESSING TIME: Standard processing time for in stock items is 2 – 15 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and natural disasters). Processing time is not the same as shipping time. I try my best to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Despite those efforts, Little Wolf Co is a small business and every piece is made to order by me. Therefore, we cannot provide Amazon style shipping time frames.

SHIPPING TIME: 5 – 10 business days with tracking number. I cannot control the pace by which USPS processes its packages.  Therefore, please kindly anticipate that your package will arrive within 5 – 10 business days.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING NUMBER: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

PO BOX OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES: Little Wolf Co ships to addresses within the US, US Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

If you do not want your package left, you can contact USPS and provide your shipping details to request a pick up or schedule a time for delivery.

USPS Priority Mail is a very reliable service. However, there are times packages can be misdelivered or go missing due to package theft. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact us and request a signature delivery for your order, no matter the amount of the order. This may require an additional, nominal payment. 

US CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION:  Shipping costs are determined by price and weight of the order. This helps to determine shipping by way of either parcel select or flat rate boxes. The default shipping method for all orders is flat rate, priority mail.  More often than not, this is the most economical approach for our customers.  However, we review every single order and any orders weighing 15 oz. or less will be mailed First Class unless the items are too bulky OR other arrangements have been made. Packages with a value of $100.01 and up will require additional insurance. Orders of $100.01 and up will also require a signature confirmation. You may waive the fee for additional insurance and ask for this to be refunded to you. However, in doing this you accept full responsibility if something detrimental happens to the package. We will not refund or replace your purchase if you waive additional insurance.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DUTIES, TAXES AND FEES: Customers may be required to pay additional monies to accept the package in the destination country. If your package arrives but you do not pay for possession of your package, we are not responsible to issue a refund for the package. Customer agrees to pay all additional monies and will take possession of the package within the necessary time frame. Furthermore, by purchasing, you agree that LWC is not responsible for the package once it arrives in the U.S. Customs.  Moreover, LWC is not responsible for the package once it has been accepted by the USPS.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION: At this time, we only offer shipping within the US.
