REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY: We sincerely apologize. All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges. If a refund or exchange is agreed upon for any reason, it will be given prior to shipping due to the nature of our handmade products and for safety and contamination concerns. Please contact me as soon as possible at support@littlewolfco.com. Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged once they have left the possession of LWC and have been picked up by USPS or dropped off at a USPS facility. 

Please keep in mind that items purchased from this site include handmade. Every nose is different and scents may be perceived differently per person. We do our best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used and descriptions given from the manufacturers. Also note that even non-fragranced soap will have a slight scent due to ingredients used. No added fragrance or essential oils are added to the non-fragranced soaps. On occasion, a non-fragranced soap bar may absorb scent based on the soap surrounding it on the curing rack.

Little Wolf Co reserves the right to cancel any unshipped order including on the basis of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

LOST︱STOLEN︱DAMAGED PACKAGES: If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing or damaged you must report the lost or damaged package to us within 24 hours of the marked ‘delivery’. Once you have reported your lost or damaged package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. LWC handles damage claims on a case by case basis. We pack and ship our products neatly and securely – always and rarely encounter problems. We will handle filing a claim on your behalf and if we feel this was a packaging mistake on our end, we will gladly reship the damaged products free of charge.  Please contact us if you have any issues!

LWC is not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer. 

LWC does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages if the customer chooses to have their package shipped to a third party carrier – transport or courier company.

LWC is not responsible for damaged packages.
