A: No, we do not have a physical storefront. We are exclusively online based. We ship from San Dimas, California USA.
Q: HOW TO CARE FOR MY SOAP BARS?
A: In order to take the best possible care to extend the life of your handmade soap you can use a draining soap dish that will keep the soap dry underneath.
Q: IS IT NORMAL FOR MY SOAPS TO CHANGE COLOR?
A: Absolutely. Especially products containing natural colorants, herbs, flowers, or vanilla. Natural vanilla is in sweet scented soaps and may turn them a yellow or brown color over time. This is a completely natural process and will not harm you or change the quality of the soap. Natural colorants have a tendency to fade over time. Herbs may turn products yellow overtime.

A: Processing time is 2 – 15 business days for in stock items (excluding weekends, holidays and natural disasters). I try my best to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep in mind some products are 100% handmade, packaged and shipped by one person. Some items are customized or made-to-order to preserve its freshness. Q: WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Q: CAN I RETURN, EXCHANGE OR GET A REFUND?
A: First, we sincerely apologize. All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges. If a refund or exchange is agreed upon for any reason, it will be given prior to shipping due to the nature of our handmade products and for safety and contamination concerns. Q: WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED?
A: If the package is delivered to your address but is missing or damaged you must report the lost or damaged package to us within 24 hours of the marked ‘delivery’. Once you have reported your lost or damaged package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.
